Warranty Policy

The Seller provides a warranty for the products purchased from the online store under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Warranty for Nixie Tubes
The warranty period for Nixie tubes is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date the product is received by the Buyer,
excluding the following tube models: IN-1, IN-2, IN-4, and IN-18.

Warranty for the Electronic Components of the Clock
A 10 (ten) year warranty is provided for the electronic components of the clock.
This warranty covers the control board, microcircuits, and other essential electronic components, provided that the product is used in accordance with the operating instructions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • mechanical damage to the product;

  • damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repair, or modification of the product;

  • damage caused by moisture, power surges, or other external factors;

  • natural wear and tear of components.

In the event of a warranty claim, the Buyer must notify the Seller and provide a description of the defect. The method of fulfilling the warranty obligation (repair, replacement, or other solution) shall be determined by the Seller.

Returns & Exchanges

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for return:

  • the product must be in proper resalable condition;

  • the product must show no signs of use;

  • the complete set of components must be retained.

Non-returnable items:

  • products manufactured to order or customized according to the Buyer’s specifications;

  • products showing signs of use.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued within 5–10 business days using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during transportation, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving the order and provide supporting evidence, including photographs of the product and packaging.
